General Provisions
These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the tk11 platform and all its associated services. By accessing the tk11 website or mobile application, or by creating an account, you are considered to have automatically accepted these Terms.

These Terms apply in both English and Bengali. In the event of any ambiguity or dispute, the interpretation of the original document shall be final. tk11 reserves the right to change, add to, or remove any part of these Terms at any time and for any reason.

Membership and Account
2.1 Registration Process
To open an account on tk11, you must provide accurate and complete information in the registration form. A mobile number, email address, and password are required. If an account is created with incorrect or false information, tk11 reserves the right to close that account at any time.
2.2 Single Account Policy
Each person may operate only one tk11 account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited. If evidence is found of multiple accounts being operated from the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method, all associated accounts may be closed and any funds held may be forfeited.
2.3 Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your account login details completely confidential. Sharing your password with anyone, or allowing a third party to operate your account, is prohibited. You are responsible for all activity carried out from your account.

- If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify our support team immediately.
- Do not leave the platform while logged in on a public or shared device.
Age Restriction and Eligibility
Members must be at least 21 years of age to use any of tk11's gaming and betting services. It is the member's own responsibility to confirm they meet this age requirement when opening an account.
tk11 actively works to prevent underage gaming. The age verification process may require a National ID card or other government-issued documents. If it is found that a member is under 21 years of age, their account will be closed immediately and all deposited funds and bonuses will be forfeited.
Additionally, tk11 may not be used from countries or regions where online gaming services are prohibited by law. If access from a restricted region is detected, the relevant account will be closed.
Account Verification
tk11 reserves the right to verify the identity of any member at any time. This process is known as KYC (Know Your Customer). Verification may be mandatory before a withdrawal request or for large transactions.
4.1 Required Documents
- A clear copy of a National ID card (NID) or passport
- OTP verification to the registered mobile number
- Proof of ownership of bKash, Nagad, or another payment method if required
4.2 Until Verification is Complete
tk11 may place withdrawal requests on hold until verification is complete. During this time, you may continue to deposit funds and play games. All documents submitted for verification are stored securely.

Deposits and Payments
bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are currently available for deposits on tk11. The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. This limit is the same for each payment method.
5.1 Deposit Process
A successful deposit is generally reflected in the account within a short time. If a deposit is delayed for any reason, please contact our support team with the transaction reference number.
5.2 Payment Ownership
The mobile banking account or payment method used for deposits must be registered in the name of the member. Depositing using a third party's payment method is prohibited. Transactions that breach this rule may be cancelled.
5.3 Legitimacy of Funds
Members must confirm that the funds they are depositing come from a completely legitimate source. If illegal or suspicious funds are detected, tk11 reserves the right to investigate the relevant account and place transactions on hold.
Withdrawal Policy
The minimum withdrawal amount from tk11 is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay may be used for withdrawals.
6.1 Withdrawal Conditions
- Account verification must be complete before submitting a withdrawal request.
- It is recommended that the withdrawal method matches the method used for the deposit.
- Withdrawal requests may be restricted while active bonus wagering is in progress.
- Withdrawals may be delayed until verification is complete.
6.2 Reasons for Withdrawal Cancellation
tk11 may cancel a withdrawal request in the following situations: if an active investigation is underway on the account, if ownership of the payment method cannot be confirmed, or if the wagering requirements of a bonus have not been met.
Bonuses and Promotional Offers
A 120% first deposit bonus of up to ৳20,000 is available for new members on tk11. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 15 times the bonus amount. For example, if a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,200 bonus, the total balance will be ৳2,200, and ৳1,200 × 15 = ৳18,000 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.
7.1 General Conditions for Using Bonuses
- Each bonus offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period.
- If wagering is not completed before the bonus expires, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus funds may be used to place bets, but cannot be withdrawn directly — only winnings earned after the wagering requirements are met may be withdrawn.
- Another bonus may not be claimed while one is active, unless stated otherwise.
7.2 Bonus Abuse
Any attempt to abuse bonuses — such as claiming bonuses through multiple accounts, using tactics to circumvent bonus conditions, or attempting to complete wagering through fraudulent means — will result in the relevant bonus and winnings being forfeited and the account may be closed.
7.3 Other Promotions
The weekly tk11 Deposit Festival, tk11 Slots Fun Bonus, tk11 Refer a Friend Reward, tk11 Birthday Gift, and weekend Cricket Deposit Bonus — each offer has its own terms, which are clearly stated in the relevant promotion's details. tk11 reserves the right to change or cancel promotional offers at any time.
Gaming Rules
The results of all games on tk11 are determined by a fair Random Number Generator (RNG). There is no possibility of predetermination or manipulation of game results. The rules and RTP information for each game can be found in the relevant game's description.
8.1 Betting Rules
- A confirmed bet cannot be cancelled or changed.
- Incomplete transactions due to technical errors will be automatically cancelled and the funds will be returned to the account.
- In live casino games, the dealer's decision is final.
8.2 Sports Betting
In sports betting, settlement of bets may be held until the result of any match or event is officially announced. For abandoned or cancelled matches, bets will be refunded, unless separate rules apply for that specific event.

Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tk11 platform and will result in the account being closed:
- Conducting money laundering or illegal financial activities.
- Playing games or placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
- Exploiting technical vulnerabilities or bugs in the platform.
- Engaging in fraudulent behaviour towards other members.
- Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonuses.
- Misconduct or threats towards platform staff.
- Assisting with match fixing or artificially influenced results.
Account Closure and Suspension
10.1 Closure by tk11
In the event of a breach of these Terms, tk11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account without prior notice. tk11 is not obliged to explain the reason for closure, but members may submit a request for reconsideration through the support team.
10.2 Closure by the Member
Any member may close their own account. Before closing an account, it is advisable to withdraw all funds that are eligible after wagering requirements have been met. A self-exclusion option is also available as part of responsible gaming.

Limitation of Liability
tk11 aims to operate its service without interruption and free from errors, but temporary disruptions may occur due to technical issues, loss of internet connection, or other reasons. tk11's liability is limited in such situations.
- tk11 is not liable for losses caused by external factors (internet outages, natural disasters).
- tk11's liability is limited for issues arising from third-party services (payment providers, game providers).
- Losses resulting from a member's own negligence or misuse are entirely the member's responsibility.
